Returns Made Simple
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
To initiate a return, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. Accepted returns will include a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once approved, place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your purchase for any reason. Items must meet the same conditions as above unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us we’ll resolve it promptly.
